Party Bus Rentals in Stratford, Connecticut

Busrentalstratford.com is an advertising and quote-comparison website that makes it easy to find and compare party bus rentals in Stratford, Connecticut and the surrounding area. It is not a local transportation company and it does not own any vehicles. Because Busrentalstratford.com doesn't own a fleet, you're never limited to one company's buses — instead, you compare party buses from a large network of independently owned transportation companies, all in one place.

That's the whole idea: one form, a large selection of options, and pricing you can see right online without creating an account.

Fill out the quick online quote form with your pickup location, date, group size, and trip details. Once submitted, you'll land on a results page through a national booking platform showing available party buses, vehicle photos, amenities, and pricing from transportation companies serving the Stratford area. From there, you can browse your options and book the party bus you want right online — all in just minutes.

If you'd rather talk it through, call 475-271-3890 any time and a live agent will walk you through the available options and put together a custom package for your trip.

Hartford HealthCare Amphitheater is an outdoor venue adjacent to Seaside Park in Bridgeport's South End. Group drop-off for party buses happens on Main Street curbside near the venue entrance — active loading and unloading only, no standing. After dropping your group, buses stage in the Seaside Park overflow parking fields, which are accessed off Main Street.

Parking lots open approximately two hours before showtime. Concert season runs May through September, and summer weekend shows fill the lots fast — the earlier your group arrives, the smoother the drop-off. Confirm current lot assignments on the Hartford HealthCare Amphitheater plan-your-visit page before your show date, since assignments can shift by event.

The post-show clock matters here: your bus must leave after drop-off and return 45 minutes before the show ends, because incoming traffic closes after that window and only exiting traffic is allowed. Your bus gets the group back on board before the crowd-control cutoff instead of waiting at the curb with everyone else. The full timing and oversized-vehicle instructions are on the Hartford HealthCare Amphitheater FAQ.

College Street Music Hall is a 2,600-capacity venue in the heart of downtown New Haven. There is no dedicated bus lot at or near the venue. Group drop-off happens on College Street curbside, directly in front of the main entrance — active loading only, no standing or parking on College Street itself.

After dropping your group, buses relocate to the Temple Street Garage (1 Temple Street, New Haven, CT 06510) or stage along Crown Street between Church and Orange Streets until pickup. Downtown New Haven meter enforcement runs until 10pm on most blocks, so plan your pickup window accordingly. Check the College Street Music Hall plan-your-visit page for any event-specific guidance before your night out.

Westville Music Bowl (100 Blake Street, New Haven, CT 06515) is an outdoor venue in New Haven's Westville neighborhood with a capacity of around 4,000. The venue's own published guidance states that on-site parking is extremely limited and they strongly encourage groups to avoid driving in. That makes a party bus the natural call — your group gets dropped on Blake Street curbside and the bus relocates to stage along Whalley Avenue (Route 63), the main commercial corridor approximately 0.3 miles away, until you're ready for pickup.

Advance coordination with the venue is recommended for large groups. Check the Westville Music Bowl website for event-specific parking guidance, since outdoor season runs May through September and popular shows fill the surrounding streets quickly.

Toyota Presents Oakdale Theatre (95 South Turnpike Road, Wallingford, CT 06492) is the most bus-friendly major venue in the region. The theatre sits on a large suburban property with its own spacious surface parking lots — and per the venue's own published guidance, parking is free for all guests. Buses and oversized vehicles enter off South Turnpike Road and are directed to the far north end of the main lot, away from standard car traffic.

No advance bus permit is required, but arriving when lots open (approximately two hours before showtime) gives you the smoothest entry. Drop-off and pickup both happen in the main lot circle near the front entrance. Confirm current lot details on the Oakdale Theatre parking page before your show.

Total Mortgage Arena is a 10,000-capacity indoor arena in Bridgeport's South End, home to the Bridgeport Islanders AHL hockey team and a year-round concert venue. Per the arena's own published guidance, buses and oversized vehicles use the Harbor Yard Parking Garage (10 Felix Avenue, Bridgeport, CT 06604) or the surface lots along Harbor Yard off Cherry Street for parking. Group drop-off happens on South Frontage Road at the arena's main entrance — active loading only.

Post-event rideshare pickup is designated in the Cherry Street lot area, so coordinate your party bus pickup point before the final buzzer to avoid the post-event crowd on Main Street. Confirm current lot assignments on the Total Mortgage Arena plan-your-visit page before your event.

The parking GPS point is 2 Allen Street, Bridgeport, CT 06604, separate from the arena's 600 Main Street mailing address. Your bus uses the front zone reached from South Frontage Road for the cleanest arena arrival and departure. The full approach and lot directions are on the Total Mortgage Arena directions and parking page.

Connecticut's Beardsley Zoo (1875 Noble Avenue, Bridgeport, CT 06610) is Connecticut's only zoo, covering 33 acres in Bridgeport. The zoo's own group visit guidance confirms a Beardsley Park overflow lot for buses — buses enter from Noble Avenue, follow the bus signs, and park approximately 1,000 feet from the Zoo. Drop-off happens at the designated curbside area reached by the yellow BUS signs, and the bus then moves to the Beardsley Park overflow lot.

Group visits require advance reservation through the zoo's group sales department at 203-394-6565. Popular seasonal events like Boo at the Zoo in October and ZooLights from November through January draw large crowds, so booking your party bus early for those dates is strongly advised. Confirm your bus parking details on the Beardsley Zoo group visits page before your trip.

The Zoo's regular guest lot is not bus parking, so your bus should unload only where the greeters direct it and then continue into Beardsley Park for the overflow lot. Your bus returns to the designated curbside zone for pickup instead of trying to turn around in the crowded guest lot. The complete bus arrival and parking route is in the Beardsley Zoo 2026 bus parking guide.

For most trips in Stratford and Fairfield County, booking three to six months out puts you in the best position to find the right party bus at the right price. Stretch that to six months or more for the dates that fill fastest. Prom season in April and May across Stratford High School, Bunnell High School, and every other Fairfield County school district is the single busiest stretch of the year for party buses in this area — waiting until March for a May prom means higher prices and slim pickings.

Summer concert weekends at Hartford HealthCare Amphitheater (May through September) and Westville Music Bowl fill up fast too. Graduation weekends in May for Sacred Heart University, Quinnipiac University, Fairfield University, and the University of New Haven all land in the same narrow window. The earlier you fill out the quote form or call 475-271-3890, the more options you'll have to choose from!
